When making new reagents and other stem cell products available we never sacrifice quality and reliability for speed. We build it in. In all cases these products are verified to be exactly the same as what has been published. And in almost all cases, we validate reagent performance in our own labs. On some occasions we release products that are verified but not validated. Naturally this is fully disclosed and the reason we do this is that making the reagent available even in an unverified state is too important to the scientific community to wait for our validation process.

Stemgent Product Testing Philosophy

We have developed a product testing philosophy that helps guide your product selection. When you go to our products web page, you will see a stamp that indicates the current testing status for each of our products. Those stamps are explained below:

	QC verification completed to assure the customer that the material shipped is the same material that was used in the publication.
	The published experiment has been reproduced with our production lot.
	All components have been assembled into a kit that includes a control. We guarantee that if you follow our protocol with the components of our kit on the provided control, you will get the expected results.
