Stemolecule™ BIO
BIO (6-bromoindirubin-3'-oxime) is a potent, reversible and ATP-competitive inhibitor for GSK-3a/β in the Wnt signaling pathway. BIO is the first pharmacological agent shown to maintain self-renewal in human and mouse embryonic stem cells1.
