Stemgent® Dox Inducible Reprogramming Lentivirus Kit: Mouse OKSM
Stemgent® Dox Inducible Reprogramming Lentivirus Kit: Mouse OKSM
This Mouse iPSC Generation Kit is fully validated and designed to simplify and facilitate the production of mouse induced pluripotent stem cells. The iPSC Generation Dox Inducible Mouse TF Lentivirus Set: OKSM + RG includes each of the four mouse transcription factors (Oct4, Klf4, Sox2, and c-Myc) and is able to reprogram the provided Oct4-neo mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) (P2) to an embryonic stem (ES) cell-like state known as the induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell. The expression of these four factors, along with the reverse tetracycline transcriptional activator (rtTA), has been shown to reprogram MEFs to iPS cells. In addition, the Mouse ES/iPS Cell Characterization Set contains all the antibodies (SSEA-1, Nanog, and Oct4) and the Alkaline Phosphatase Staining Kit to fully characterize mouse iPS and ES cells.
