Stemolecule™ Epigenetic Modifier Set
The Stemolecule™ Epigenetic Modifier Set is a complete set of small molecules for modulating epigenetic effects of DNA and histones. The set consists of four cell-permeable small molecules: BIX01294, Sodium Butryate, RG108, and Valproic Acid (VPA). BIX01294 is a selective inhibitor of G9a HMTase, Sodium Butryate is an inhibitor of histone deacetylases, RG108 is a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor, and VPA is an inhibitor of histone deacetylases. Each small molecule is tested for purity, accurate mass and structure, and toxicity in mouse embryonic stem cells.
