The Stemolecule™ MAPK Signaling Pathway Modulator Set consists of three cell-permeable small molecules: PD0325901, PD173074, and SC1 (Pluripotin), which can modulate the MAPK signaling cascade. PD0325901 is a MEK inhibitor; PD173074 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of the FGF receptor, known to activate the MAPK/ERK cascade; and SC1 (Pluripotin) acts through dual inhibition of ERK 1 and Ras-GAP. Each small molecule is tested for purity, accurate mass and structure, and toxicity in mouse embryonic stem cells.

Stemolecule™ MAPK Signaling Pathway Modulator Set

The Stemolecule™ MAPK Signaling Pathway Modulator Set contains three cell permeable small molecules known to modulate the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling cascade. Stemolecule™ PD0325901 inhibits mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase (MAPK/ERK kinase or MEK). Stemolecule™ PD173074 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) receptor, which is known to activate the MAPK/ERK cascade. Stemolecule™ SC1 (Pluripotin) acts through dual inhibition of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1 (ERK1) and Ras GTPase-activating protein (Ras-GAP).
